Description:
The object of the contract is the purchase of safety equipment for Transilvania Targu Mureș Airport, which expresses the investment intentions and functional needs of the Contracting Entity. This purchase aims to ensure a high level of securityof the aeronautical activity at the airport, in accordance with legal requirements and applicable international standards, as well as with good practices.
The contract involves the purchase, supply, assembly / installation and commissioning of the Safety Equipment for the Transilvania Airportof Targu Mureș, as provided for in the project "Purchase of safety equipment for Transilvania Airport Targu Mureș".
Taking into account the real needs of the entity as well as the opportunities created by the legal framework regulated by the Infrastructure Operational Programura Mare 2014 2020, Specific Objective 2.3 (OS) Increasing the degree of sustainable use of airports, RA Aeroportul Transilvania Targu Mureș decided to purchase equipment for non-revenue-generating safety activities.
