- Description:
- Purchase of services "PURCHASE SERVICES OF AUTOMATED MOBILE ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATION SYSTEM NEEMO 2, RESPECTIVELY NEEMO 3". Each NEEMO system developed under this contract must meet the following conditions:
-Be able to perform surveillance observations of space objects andplaced in MEO and GEO orbits;
-To be able to perform tracking observations of objects located in MEO, elliptical and GEO orbits;
-To have simultaneous astronomical data acquisition capabilities at the same location and in the same atmospheric conditions;
-To have the capability to stop observingand astronomical when the meteorological conditions become unfavorable (clouds, rain, snow, dew, etc.)
-To be able to be connected remotely to a server for downloading / processing astronomical data.
The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications - on the 11th daybefore the deadline established by the Notice of Participation for the submission of offers. Only requests for clarification addressed by op.ec will be answered. within the previously stated deadline.
