Description:
Purchase: accommodation and catering services (CPV Code 79952000-2 Services for events) for the Project "EXTRAVITAL - Implementation of modern methods of "Extracorporeal Vital Support of cardio-pulmonary functions in the current activity of Anesthesia and Intensive Care (ATI) wards in Romania, renal and hepatic" proven to decrease mortality in critical patients, and Increasing the Professional Competences of Specialized Personnel" according to the specification;
We specify that: Deadline for responses to requests for clarifications: on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers, conf. art 161 of L98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers - 20 days The procurement procedure is initiated under a suspensive clause that provides for the possibility of canceling thethe awarding of the contract, in accordance with the legal provisions - the Law on the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 40/2015. The acquisition procedure is initiated under this suspensive clause, inmeaning that the conclusion/signing of the supply contract is conditional on obtaining the necessary funds for the purchase of the equipment that is the subject of the purchase.
