Description:
The public procurement procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement for product deliveries, with a duration of 24 months, with the following characteristics, according to the Estimated Estimate:
• Estimated minimum value of the Framework Agreement: 1,437,792 lei without VAT, respectively 1,710,972.48 lei with VAT.
•Maximum valueestimated amount of the Framework Agreement: 1,882,248 lei without VAT, respectively 2,239,875.12 lei with VAT.
• Estimated minimum quantities of the Framework Agreement 4,104 toners
• Estimated maximum quantities of the Framework Agreement 5160 toners
• The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated abe assigned during the framework agreement is 941,124 lei without VAT, respectively 1,119,937.56 lei with VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the framework agreement is 718,896 without VAT, respectively 855,486.24 lei with VAT.
• The minimum quantities andThe quantities of consumables that are the subject of a subsequent contract are: Minimum 2,052 pcs. ; Maximum 2,580 pcs.
The deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation can be requested: 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of the Lawno. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the notice of participation
