Description:
Purchase of the product "Vehicle Identity Card" - (CIV), purchase made from own sources.
According to the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Law 98") and art 103 paragraph (1) of the Methodological Norms to Law no. 98/2016, approved by H.G. no.395/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Rules"), any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, respecting a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
According to the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) and of art. 161 para. (1) of "Law 98", as well as of art. 27 para. (2)-(4) and of art. 103 para. (2) of the "Rules", the contracting authority will respond consolidated, clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the termszero-limit set for the submission of offers.
The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/additional information, received within 17 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
