Description:
The technical requirements for the requested services are specified in the specifications no. 3190/08.02.2023, drawn up by the Mechanical Service, of the Craiova Electrocentrale Company.
The Redler conveyors have the role of transporting the coal from the coal bunkers to the gas extraction towers from the hearthfor feeding the coal mills, also dosing the coal flow according to the boiler load. Due to the working regime, the components wear out and require replacement. The two 525 t/h boilers consist of 12 MVC 75 type coal mills with the related Redler belts. OnFor the good operation of the 525 t/h steam boilers, it is necessary to periodically repair the belt elements to ensure the necessary coal flow. By repairing the Redler belt elements, the aim is to increase the service life, as well as to eliminate the risk of mill unavailabilitythem, due to the advanced degree of wear of the Redler tape elements.
Clarification requests will be made 13 days before the date of submission of offers to the questions section in SEAP, and the contracting entity's answer will be sent at least 10 days before from the date of submission aoffers, the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarifications submitted by the deadline set for their receipt.
