Description: The acquisition is necessary for the supply of primary and secondary equipment, the execution of construction-assembly works related to these equipments, as well as the acquisition of engineering services, design, tests, schooling, etc., in order to refurbish the 400/110 kV Pelicanu power substation.
Any request for clarification must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation notice and
- on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submitting bids.
The contracting entity will respond only to the requests for clarifications addressed by the economic operators until the established deadline, according to art. 29 para. (3) of GD 394/2016.
