Description:
The Stejaru hydroelectric unit no. 5 is part of the investment objective "Retehnologizare CHE Stejaru" which fully covers the equipment and installations of the Dimitrie Leonida CHP - Stejaru, respectively: the butterfly valve house, the hydroelectric plant equipped with 6 (six) hydroelectric units, the external stationsof 220/110kV.
Works on hydro unit no. 5 (54 MW) were started within a works contract denounced by the leader of the association on behalf of the contractor based on Law no. 85/2014. In the framework of the previous contract, at hydro aggregate no. 5 and its related installations, have fthe disassembly work has been completely completed and the assembly work of new equipment and rehabilitated equipment has been completed in proportion to 80% - 90%, without having completed the stage of tests and checks at the end of the assembly stage.
The services requested by this purchase are entitledpurpose of completing the works remaining to be executed at Hydrounit no. 5 and its auxiliary facilities (HA5) as well as ensuring the services of samples, tests and checks necessary for commissioning (PIF), certification of compliance regarding the connection to the national electricity network andthe qualification of the hydro unit for the provision of system technological services, in accordance with the ANRE Orders in force on PIF date.
