The process that takes place in Seau Suceava is a biological treatment process with nitrification-denitrification and an anaerobic process for reducing phosphorus. The primary and biological sludge in excess is thickened and stabilized anaerobic in a fermentation reservoir. The resulting fermented mud is dehydrated, treated with lime and stored. The resulting biogas is used for heating. The sewage treatment plant will receive wastewater from Suceava agglomeration. The emissary is the Suceava River.
