Description:
The object of the purchase is remedial activities, repairs, finishes and anti-corrosion protection to the existing constructions and structures at the Cernavoda NPP, grouped into 2 lots, within a period of 48 months (effective delivery)
- Requests for clarifications or additional information in this regardletter with the award documentation will be sent by the economic operators at least 20 days before the deadline for submitting the offers;
- The contracting entity's response to these requests for clarifications will be sent 11 days before the deadline for submitting the offers, as far asthat the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the stipulated term, in accordance with art. 173 of Law no. 99/ 2016 with subsequent amendments.
