Description:
The purchase of specific equipment and the purchase of modern rolling stock with zero emissions is intended to improve urban public transport and facilitate the transition to sustainable urban mobility as follows::
●the purchase of 22 non-polluting buses
●the purchase of 22 stationsof slow charging
●the purchase of 8 fast charging stations
The project is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of Romania, Component 10 - Local fund, investment I.1.1 - Renewal of the fleet of vehicles intended for public transport (purchase of non-polluting vehicles) , objectof the financing contract no. 134674/28.11.2022 concluded by UAT Ploiesti Municipality with the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration.
The electric buses will be solo type (non-articulated), with a low floor (fully lowered floor), facilities for unlimited access of peoplewith reduced mobility (ramp-kneeling), without floor, CE body, intended for urban passenger transport according to Framework Directive 2007/46/EC establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as systems, components and separate technical units enoughin accordance with the respective vehicles, Directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of non-polluting and energy-efficient road transport vehicles, Law on local public transport services no. 92/2007, with subsequent amendments and additions.
