Description:
The services that are the object of the purchase consist of pump capital repair services, technical support activities and pump transport to and from the Provider for 4 (four) pumps manufactured by AVERSA: 3 NMV 1000 RA type pumps and 1 NMV 1000 pump, within a periods of 48 months (effective deliverya).
- Requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation will be sent by economic operators at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
- The contracting entity's response to these requests will be sent in a 11th day inabefore the deadline for submission of offers, in accordance with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, to the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the term provided above.
The contracting entity will only respond by letterthe citations for clarifications received within the above deadline.
