Description:
The object of the contract is the activity of printing, wrapping and distributing water and sewer invoices within the Olt county.
Specific activities:
-Transmission by the Contracting Authority of files with invoices and notifications, in .pdf format
-Printing of invoices, notificationsr and their wrapping on the client, by the Provider
-Preparation of envelopes for distribution to clients
-Distribution of envelopes with invoices and/or notifications to clients
-Return of undelivered envelopes
-Analysis and resolution of complaints regarding the printing of invoices and distribution lor, by the Provider.
-Transmission of the report regarding the investigation of complaints to the Contracting Authority.
The deadline for receiving requests for clarifications is 19 days before the date of submission of offers and the Contracting Entity will respond to all requests for clarifications11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
