- Provision of residential social services for 47 children and young people of which: 23 children and young people and 24 children and young people with disabilities from Alba county organized as residential centers for children with or without disabilities, for which the Alba Child Protection Commission or the court of judecata decided/ordered the placement according to Law no. 272/2004 - regarding the respect and promotion of children's rights in Alba county, through which to ensure accommodation, care, non-formal and informal education, the development of personal autonomy, counseling with a view to socio-family integration andand professional according to the provisions of the quality standards in the field for residential services for children, respectively Order 25/2019- Annex no. 1. The 47 children are distributed among 6 lots.
