The Municipality of GalaΘi implements the project "Digital solutions for the services provided shared by the Municipality of GalaΕ£i, including archive retro-digitalization" financed by the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014 - 2020 (POCA), Priority Axis 2 Administrationaccessible and transparent public and judicial system, Specific Objective 2.1. The introduction of common systems and standards in local public administration that optimize beneficiary-oriented processes in accordance with SCAP, Project Request POCA/972/2/1, (CP 16/2021 for regions mless developed), SMIS code 154130.
The general objective of the project consists in strengthening the institutional capacity and streamlining the activity at the level of the Municipality of Galati by continuing to simplify administrative procedures and reducing bureaucracy for citizens, implementingfrom the perspective of back-office (adaptation of internal work procedures, digitization of the archive) and front-office and measures to improve strategic planning for public services provided related to the shared competences of local public administration.
