- Through this participation announcement, a Dynamic Public Procurement System (hereinafter - SAD) is initiated, which will allow the purchase of medicines, sanitary materials and disinfectants, by concluding contracts, in order to materially ensure medical care, for 3 years, cf.according to the description in the document "The need for medicines, sanitary materials and disinfectants".
The awarding procedure will comply with the rules of the limited tender, and will take place in two stages:
Stage I - submission of requests to participate in the SAD;
Stage II - submission of offers only by ofqualified entrants at the end of the first stage.
Considering the open nature of the SAD, after the launch of the SAD and during its entire validity period, an economic operator can join at any time during the validity of the SAD if it meets the criteria mentioned in the participation announcement.
The contracting authority sends an invitation to participate to all participants admitted to the SAD after the first stage, in order to submit offers. The invitation to participate will be sent only to qualified bidders at the end of stage I.
In stage II it is not mandatory aftercancellation of the offer in situations where the proposed purchase is not of interest.
Frequency of the contracts to be awarded: as a rule, every six months or whenever necessary, by resuming the competition.
