- Through this participation notice, a Dynamic Public Procurement System (hereinafter referred to as - SAD) is initiated to allow the purchase of food, by concluding some contracts, necessary to ensure the continuity and diversification of the feeding of the AFT livestock, for 2 years, according to the descriptionsand from the document "Situation with food requirements for 2 years".
The awarding procedure will comply with the rules of the restricted tender, and will take place in two stages:
Stage I - submission of requests to participate in the SAD;
Stage II - submission of offers only by the qualified bidders at the endof the first stage.
Considering the open nature of the SAD, after the launch of the SAD and during its entire validity period, an economic operator can join at any time during the validity of the SAD if it meets the criteria mentioned in the participation announcement.
The contracting authority traSend an invitation to participate to all participants admitted to the SAD after the first stage, in order to submit offers. The invitation to participate will be sent only to the qualified bidders at the end of the first stage.
In the second stage, it is not mandatory to submit the offer in the situationsin which the proposed acquisition is not of interest.
Frequency of the contracts to be awarded: as a rule, every six months or whenever necessary, by resuming the competition.
