Description:
Supply of sanitary materials.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 18.
The deadline for the contracting authority's response to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators is the 11th day beforethe deadline for submission of offers is given.
The contracting authority, if it will be selected for the execution of the ex-ante contract, according to GEO no. 98/2017 with subsequent amendments and additions, will make available to the persons empowered by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated answers lrequests for clarifications, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days before the response deadline established in the participation announcement, according to the provisions of art. 8 of Annex no. 1 to HG no. 419/ 2018
