Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/information additional:
A. In accordance with Art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016,the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 161 para. (1) from Law nr. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, as long as they are submitted within the specified deadline.
