Description:
Purchase of sanitary materials for interventional cardiology procedures, 38 lots, according to the Specifications, completed by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 18 months for each lot.

Following the conclusion of the agreement frame, the contracting authority estimates that it will inchthem subsequent contracts for 9 months or for any period covered by financial availability, depending on the needs and the available funds.tasks - Annex regarding lots.
Subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming the competition.
The resumption of the competition will be done one month before the expiration of the subsequent contracts, with all the signatories of the framework agreement, by sending them an invitation to participate in the rebidding.
The object of resuming the competition: improving the previously submitted financial offers (in the sense of lowering the unit price), without changing the technical characteristics of the initially offered products. If the bidder does not modify the initial financial offer (does not improve the final offerthe initial price in the sense of the decrease of the unit price), when establishing the final ranking, the previously submitted offer will be taken into account.
