The BraΘov County Emergency Clinic Hospital is a public health unit with legal personality, under the authority of the BraΘov County Council, with the provision of emergency medical services as its object of activity and carries out itsactivity in accordance with the provisions of Law 95/2006 on health reform, with subsequent amendments and additions. Within this procedure, the BraΘov County Emergency Clinical Hospital fulfills the role of Contracting Authority, respectively Contracting Authority withinin the Contract.
