Description:
It is desired to purchase sanitation services within the scope of the Timisoara Regional Railway Branch in CF stations and specific spaces, in compliance with the requirements detailed in specification no. 4/6/13.02.2023.
To ensure compliance with the legal norms of hygiene and healthpublic, according to the legislation in force (Environmental Protection Law no. 137/1995, Law 98/1994, Law 75/1991 - Sanitary - Veterinary Law, Order M.S. 536/1997 on the living environment of the population, GEO no. 195/2005 on environmental protection amended by Law 265/2006 and GEO No. 114/2007) andbecause the Timişoara Regional Railway Branch is the owner of the buildings in the CF stations and the related lands, the contracting entity has the obligation to permanently ensure cleanliness in the public spaces of the CF stations and the specific railway spaces.
Any economic operator interesat has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the award documentation up to the 20th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional informationin relation to the award documentation on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to clarification requests sent after the set deadline.
