Description:
The object of the purchase: service framework agreement, according to the provisions of art. 3, paragraph (1), point 2 letter b) of Law no. 99/2016 regarding sector purchases for: "SAP ERP and platform-based ERP Developments", described in detail in the technical specifications lot 1 and lot 2
and consist of:
- Services fortru ensuring corrective maintenance activities, user support, operation support, small developments, new project management and support activities for native SAP applications;
- Services for ensuring corrective maintenance activities, user support, operation supporti, small developments, management of new projects and support activities for applications that are based on platforms in the ERP area.
Lots:
 Lot 1 SAP ERP (Services for ensuring corrective maintenance activities, user support, operations support, small developments , pro managementnew projects and support activities for native SAP applications)
 Lot 2 Platform-based ERP developments - Platform Technologies / others (Services for ensuring corrective maintenance activities, user support, operations support, small developments, management of new projects andsupport activities for applications that are based on platforms from the ERP area).
