- Marine tank dismantling services contract, place of delivery: ship dismantling operations in specially arranged places - dry dock, floating dock, the location being provided by him throughout the duration of the dismantling activity (according to the specifications).
2 .The procedure for awarding the public procurement contract is initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditional on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, the signing of the contract being done in compliance with the provisionsomissions related to the commitment of expenses from the budgets that fall under the legislation on public finances. Considering the provisions of Law 98/2016 on public procurement and H.G. no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority specifies cwill conclude the contract with the bidder declared the winner only to the extent that the funds necessary for the purchase will be secured by allocating budget credits for this purpose. If, for whatever reason, budget credits will not be allocated, for a period of 6 months from the date ofafter proving the report of the procedure, the award procedure will be canceled by law, provided that there is no other source of funding, in accordance with the provisions of art. 212 paragraph (1) letter c) of Law 98/2016 with amendments and additions later, it being impossible to conclude the contract of ach... - Documents:
