- The Contracting Authority intends to acquire the following services:
-security and intervention services;
-escorting and valuable transport services,
for the objectives in which the departments within the Bacău City Hall carry out their activity as detailed in Table 1 Notebooktasks.
These services will be provided by companies specialized in the security and protection service. They must be established and operate according to the legislation in force (Law 333/2003, with subsequent amendments and additions, HG 301/2012 for the approval of the methodological normsapplication logic of Law 333/2003, with subsequent amendments and additions), having as its object of activity the protection of objectives, goods or valuables, the protection of the transport of goods and important values, under conditions of their maximum safety, as well as human protection.
The services of monauthorization/supervision are not part of the requested services, their responsibility being the responsibility of the Purchaser.
