- The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with the object of security services for the objectives of the football stadium and athletics stadium with the capacity of over 5,000 places, according to the requirements of the specification no. 1585/08.01.2025/rev.1/14.02.2025.
Guard will beprovided by companies specialized in the security and protection service. These must be set up and operate according to the legislation in force (Law 333/2003, with the subsequent modifications and completions, GD 301/2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law 333/2003,with the subsequent modifications and completions), having as object of activity the guarding of objectives, goods or values, the security of important goods and values, under conditions of maximum safety, as well as human protection.
The security and rapid intervention services will ensureThe protection of goods and persons within the objectives of football stadium and athletics stadium with the capacity of over 5,000 places. For this, a device composed of at least 6 (maximum 7) permanent unarmed guard stations will be created, of which 5 (6) mobile posts and a monitoring post.
