Description:
The purchase will be made in order to conclude a service contract, valid until 31.12.2023, for the integrated conference system, electronic voting, sound system, simultaneous translation, audio, video and data communications that equips the plenary hall of the Chamber of Deputies , with the possibility ofextension until 30.04.2024.
__ Estimated value between (lei without VAT): 1,211,116.52 lei and 1,816,674.50 lei. The minimum estimated value of the contract (1,211,116.52 lei without VAT) represents the estimated value of this procedure until December 31, 2023 (according to which theand evaluate the offers). The maximum estimated value of the contract (1,816,674.50 lei without VAT) represents the estimated value that includes the value of possible additions until 04/30/2024. The economic operators will draw up the financial proposal referring to the estimated value for the year 2023 (1.211.116.52 lei without VAT).
__ The right of the contracting authority to opt for the supplement is conditioned by the existence of the financial resources allocated for this purpose (according to art. 165 para. (1) letter b) of GD no. 395/2016). According to art. 165 para.
