At this moment, at the municipal level, there is a need to develop a SmartCity Strategy in the medium term to help the sustainable development of the community and a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan. At the global level, the need of local communities is identifiedof being actively involved in community life through sustainable partnerships both with community members and with other public institutions. The INNOVATIVE character of the project consists in the fact that new, innovative technologies are used for the implementation of Integrated Information Systems, whichof local public authorities have not yet achieved a high degree of implementation, and here we refer to the implementation of an IT system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), the implementation of the project leads to the substantial improvement of the services provided topopulation, but also to increase the quality of shared managed services, bringing added value by integrating public services from the institution with those offered by partner institutions (IPJ Prahova, ISU Prahova, Road Service within IPJ Prahova, etc.).
