- Services for the creation of the digital identity infrastructure for the information and consultation of citizens in relation to the local administration through a unique interaction portal and the subsequent training of the target group - SMIS project 154615
Based on the contract that will be concluded with the designated bidderwinner, services will be provided to create the digital identity infrastructure for the information and consultation of citizens in the relationship with the local administration through a unique interaction portal, and subsequent training of the target group, within the project "Simplification of the process oficipative and decision-making in the relationship with citizens, through integrated digitization and the efficiency of public administration at the level of the Timișoara City Hall", code SMIS 154615.
The contract to be awarded involves:
• IT services, consisting of all the services for implementationof the system, in accordance with the requirements of the specification;
• Training services for users and administrators of the implemented IT solutions;
• Software usage licenses to be able to launch the single portal into production, for at least NRM years from the date of system receptionin accordance with the requirements of the specifications, as well as necessary during the entire preceding period (during development and implementation);
