Description:
The procurement procedure organized by the Contracting Authority has as its object the awarding of the public procurement contract entitled "Contract for the delegation of the management of the disposal activity, through storage, of the waste originating from the area of UAT members of ADIGIDI".
The future delegation contract ofthe management of a component activity of the sanitation service, i.e. the disposal, through storage, of waste from the ADIGIDI member UAT radius, is subject to the delegated management modality. Delegated management is the management method in which the intercommunity development association, in the name and on behalf of the member administrative-territorial units, assigns to an operator part of the powers and responsibilities regarding the provision of public utility services, based on a contract, called a management delegation contract.
The management delegation contract activateddisposal, through storage, of the waste coming from the area of UAT members of ADIGIDI will take place over a period of 5 years. The operator of the sanitation service will provide the services detailed in the Specifications, included in the award documentation.
To the extent that requests for clarificationwhich are received at least 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
