• Description:
• The updating of the current General Urban Plan of the City of Zlatna has become necessary considering that it is outdated in relation to the new economic and territorial realities of the city. The need to update the General Urban Plan also derives from the obligation imposed by art. 46 of Legii 350/2001 on territorial development and urban planning, which stipulates that "each administrative-territorial unit must update its According to art. 44 of Law 350/2001 on territorial planning and urban planning "The urban planning documents are drawn up by theinterdisciplinary teams made up of specialists certified under the law."
