Description:
The general objective of the contract is the appointment, in accordance with the law, of an independent economic operator, with evaluation skills, to carry out an evaluation study of the implementation of the Romanian School Program for the period 2017-2022, in order to assessits effectiveness in relation to the objectives of the program for schools, namely increasing children's consumption of selected agricultural products, namely fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products and educating them about healthy eating habits.
The objectiveare specific to which the provision of services contributes:
The specific objectives of the contract refer to the evaluation of the impact of the program implemented by Romania in the following directions:
1. Modification of the direct and indirect consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables by children (quantity and/or frequencynce);
2. Modification of the direct and indirect consumption of drinking milk and dairy products, by children (quantity and/or frequency);
3. Measuring the degree of awareness of the benefits of consuming fresh fruit and vegetables, milk and products dairy for a healthy diet among gthe target part of the program;
4. Change in the percentage of children who comply with the recommended daily dose of fruits and vegetables;
5. Change in the percentage of children who take into account the recommendations of the national authorities in the field of health and nutrition regarding the daily dose of breast milk...
