- Services for the maintenance and development of the Nicolae Balcescu Park in the Municipality of Oradea, completed with the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for a period of 3 years.
The specific objectives of the activity are the following:
-protection and conservation of green spaces and their biodiversity;
-regenerationand improving the composition and quality of green spaces;
-identifying deficient areas and providing specific services, which allow the regeneration of areas covered by vegetation;
-cost-benefit balance that takes into account the medium and long-term effects on the quality of lifeand the health of the population, the correct development of urban vegetation and the social and urban impact.
The term until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline ofsubmission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Clarification requests will be sent in editable format.
