- SNTFC "CFR Calatori" S.A. intends to award a sectoral contract for the provision of "Services for the modernization of the 2076 series wagon in the second-class wagon with PMR equipment, transport of bicycles/skis and the purchase of maintenance services for the modernized wagon".
The funds required for this procedureof sectoral procurement are provided in the Annual Program for the modernization of rolling stock, financed by PNRR, Component 4 Sustainable transport I2 railway rolling stock and in the Annual Program for the procurement of services for repairs and maintenance of modernized rolling stock PNRR having sufinancing source - funds from the state budget through the Public Services Contract concluded by SNTFC "CFR CΔlΔtori" S.A. with MTI through the Railway Reform Authority (ARF). and approved by H.G. no. 1453/2022.
The contract enters into force on the date of signature by the parties and is valid 144 (unasforty-four) months from its signing, a period that includes the performance of the modernization services for all 20 wagons with the reference date of July 1, 2026 for the execution and delivery of the last wagon in the modernization, in order to fit into the interval established for dthe execution of the PNRR, followed by a period of 9 years (108 months) to ensure the execution of maintenance services for the last wagon that will be delivered from the modernization.
