a) The purchase of a high-performance IT system to monitor the supply/transport flows of potable and drinking water
b) The purchase of 6,869 water meters/water meters, as follows:
i) for the city of Reşita, the water meters needed for homes individual and acethe ociations of owners of the 6208 water meters/water meters;
