- The National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) is the public institution of national interest responsible for the implementation of the National Program for Data Collection (P.N.C.D.) in the Romanian fishing sector for the period 2014-2020. This obligation rests with the EU member states in confin accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 199/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25.02.2008 on the establishment of a community framework for the collection, management and use of data from the fisheries sector and supporting scientific advice on common policyin the field of fisheries regarding the conservation, management and exploitation of living aquatic resources in Community and non-Community waters.
The fulfillment of the obligations of the mentioned regulation were modified by Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017regarding the establishment of a Union framework for the collection, management and use of data from the fisheries sector and the support of scientific consultancy regarding the common policy in the field of fisheries and the reform of Regulation (EC) no. 199/2008 of the Council, in conjunction with previews of Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15.05.2014 - regarding the European Fund for Fisheries and Maritime Affairs (FEPAM) and repealing Regulations (EC) no. 2328/2003, (EC) 861/2006, (EC) 1198/2006 and (EC) 791/2007 of the Council and of R... - Documents :
