- Services for washing and sanitizing vehicles for transport, according to the SVA 240 specifications and Annex 1 model framework agreement. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. The deadline in which the contracting entity will respond to the requestclarifications/additional information will be on the 11th day before the date of submission of offers. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators until the established deadline.
