- For the development of the investment "COMPLEMENTARY ROAD ACCESS DOWNLOAD A3 AZUGA-BUΘTENI", according to the legal requirements regarding the obligation of such services, which are the subject of this contract, the following types of services will be developed:
I. Site Management Services pursuant to previsions of the legislation in force regarding the verification of the quality of works - Law no. 10/1995, Order no. 1496 of 13 May 2011, Order 277 of 2012, and Order 2495 of 26.08.2010, with subsequent updates and amendments, and in accordance with the provisions of the Task Book.
II. Services ofensuring safety and health at work (OSH) based on the provisions of the legislation in force regarding safety and health at work during the execution of the works, in particular HG 300/2006, with subsequent updates and amendments.
III. Supervision/coordination of implementation of works, whichrefers to the provision of the following services:
- Supervision/coordination of the activity of certified project verifiers, site managers and occupational health and safety coordinators, the contractor/contractors as the case may be, subcontractors, etc.,
- Verification and documentationof the data and documents drawn up during the implementation of the works, including the correlation between them. The investment implementation documents will be prepared by the provider for the Construction Technical Book in separate chapters;
