Description:
Social research services (data collection) within the SIPOCA 867/136584 project "New tools for the national strategy regarding the continuing education of adults in Romania - Edu-C-Ad" for the diagnosis of the key cognitive skills and abilities of adults in Romania andtheir continuing education needs.
Diagnosis of the key cognitive skills and abilities of Romanian adults and their continuing education needs: two national studies to assess the cognitive skills of adults (from the age of 15) in Romania.
Number of days until towhich clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
Number of days until which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information inconnection with the award documentation: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
