- Agreement - framework on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be concluded for the supply of solid fuel - palletized hardwood firewood for military units in the counties: Hunedoara, Alba, Suceava, Bistrita-Nasaud, Cluj, Satu Mare, Salaj, Timis, Caras Severin, Harghita, Mures, Covasna, Arad, breakdownon 11 lots. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, according to art. 161, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016.
