The procedure is completed by: conclusion of the framework agreement for the product "CBRN filter sorbent protective suit" - 51,811 pcs.
Duration of the framework agreement: 4 years (48 months).
The total estimated value, without VAT, of the purchases, for the entire duration of the framework agreement: 141,910,359.00 lei.
Assignmenta will be done only for the entire quantity requested.
Bidders will expressly specify, in the letter of submission, Section Forms Stage I-Form no. 1), that they submit an offer for the entire quantity.
The estimated number of subsequent contracts to be concluded during the periode of the framework agreement: 1-4.
Estimates of the quantities of products, which could be requested during the entire framework agreement: 51,811
At the request of the Promisor-acquirer, the quantity provided for in art. A.2.1 can be supplemented by up to a maximum of 50% based on an agreement between the parties. In the situation in care The Promissory-supplier does not agree with the request of the Promissory-acquirer, the framework agreement ceases to be valid, the Promissory-acquirer having the right to initiate another award procedure.
