- Services for sorting, transport and recovery/disposal of waste resulting from the greening of the southern roundabout section, for the purpose of the realization of the project "Connection road DN5 - km 60 500 Soseaua de Centura - Pod Prieteniei"
The object of the contract will be the provision of sorting services transportation and recovery/disposal of waste in accordance with the provisions of the environmental legislation in force, to ensure the necessary conditions for the continuation of the works on the connection road DN5 km 60 500 Soseaua de Cintura - Pod Prieteniei.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of the Lawof no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days beforeis the deadline for submitting offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional informationhas, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
