- A large number of stations are equipped with electrodynamic centralization installations (CED), older than 25 years. Old type power supply equipment, including inverters equipped with electronic components that are no longer manufactured and electromagnetic contactors, presents a series of disadvantages and deficiencies:
-they are worn out physically and morally
-involves high maintenance and electricity costs, having a low yield compared to inverters made with modern electronic components
-there are no spare parts
Replacement of inverters vecho from the CED installations with others with higher performances, will lead to the removal of the listed shortcomings, the reduction of the number of disturbances, the reduction of the maintenance effort and implicitly a reduction of the operating costs due to the saving of electricity.
Any economic operatorthe interested party has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the award documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for additional clarifications/informationre in connection with the award documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarifications sent after the established deadline.
