Terms for submitting/replying to requests for clarifications/additional information:
A. In accordance with Art.160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 18 daysbefore the deadline for submitting bids.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/infoof additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
