Durationthe effective duration of the consultancy contract is 103 months, broken down as follows:
-2 effective calendar months for the supervision of the design activities;
-41 effective calendar months for the supervision of the work execution activity;
-60 effective calendar months for the supervisionof the activity during the guarantee period of the works.
Through this contract, consultancy services and supervision of works execution will be purchased.
The estimated value of all consultancy services and supervision of works execution is 50,993,408.42 lei without VAT, broken down as follows:
-33.995,605.61 lei without VAT (Supervision services Phase I);
Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses for the supervision services Phase I amount to 1,721,296.49 lei without VAT, they are not included in the estimated value and will not be included in the offer which will be encrypted on SICAP.
