- The object of the Supervision Services contract "Design and Execution of the Sibiu - Fagaras Motorway, Section 2: km 14 253 - km 34 175 Avrig-Marsa (DJ105G) - Arpasu de Jos (DN1)" will consist in the provision of high-quality supervision services, both during the design and execution periodof the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works, in order to track the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular in terms of duration, quantityit, the quality and cost of the design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right torequest clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority stabsets a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
