Object of the contract Supervision Services "Design and Execution of the Sibiu Motorway -Fagaras, Tronsonul 4: Sambata de Sus (DJ 105B)-Municipality of Fagaras km 51 875-km 68 050 and Connection road with national road DN1 km 0 000-5 650" will consist of providing high quality supervision services, both during the period of design and execution of the works, as well as duringthe guarantee period of the works, in order to track the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular in terms of duration, quantity, quality and design costii and of the works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.
