Description:
The object of the Supervision Services "Design and Execution of the Sibiu - Pitesti Motorway Section 2: Boita - Cornetu, km 13 170 - km 44 500" will consist in the provision of high quality supervision services, both during the design and execution period of works, as well as during pthe guarantee period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the designand of the works.
In conf with previous art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 as amended and completely lifted, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the dockbuire is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the previous art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016 as amended and completely repealed, A C establishes two deadlines in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: the firstrmen - the limit is 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers; the second deadline - the deadline is 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
We specify that the two deadlines for answering clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to address...
