Description:
The object of the Supervision Services contract "Design and Execution of the Sibiu - Fagaras Motorway, Section 1: Boita (Sibiu-Pitesti Motorway) and Avrig-Marsa (DJ105G), km 0 000-km 14 253" will consist in the provision of high-level supervision services quality, both during the design periodre and execution of the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works, in order to track the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to durata, quantity, quality and cost of design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure woulde the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
