Object of the contract Superv" Modernization of DN71 Baldana - Targoviste - Sinaia, km 0 000 - km 44 130 widening to 4 traffic lanes and km 51 041 - km 109 905 road to two lanes, Sector 1: Baldana - Targoviste km 0 000 - km 44 130 widening at 4 traffic lanes will consist of the provision of supervision services from herehigh quality, both during the period of design and execution of the works, and during the period of the guarantee of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the obligationscontractual issues, especially regarding the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested inparticipation in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
